On November 9 to 11, the third plenary session of the seventh session of National Technical Committee 35 on Rubber and Rubber Products standard review conference was held in Hefei in Anhui Province. SQI Institute of Quality Inspection of Light Industry and Chemical Products sent experts to attend the conference.

On the conference, the national standard on rubber latex gloves for food contact usage -- extract limits and test methods host drafted by SQI passed the review. The formulation of this standard helped to enhance the quality of rubber latex gloves for food contact usage in China and filled the blanket of standard in the latex products standard system which has a positive meaning for government supervision.
