With
the coming of 15th march, the World Consumer Right Day, two engineers of SQI(Shanghai Institute
of Quality Inspection and Technical Research ) attended the 3·15
Party.
On the 3·15 Party,
SQI engineers showed the
harmfulness of misusing laser pointer especially for children by the balloons
breaking experiment, and made a speech about children how to avoid laser hurt
to the national audience by CCTV.
