In the meeting, Mr. Ji Fei introduced SQI basic situation, including organization, talent team, test equipment, qualification & ability and development strategy, and achievements of monitoring & assessment of product quality & safety, quality & safety emergency reaction and typical cases of monitoring & assessment of product quality & safety in fields of children’s article, household appliance, furniture, building material, textile and etc. Mr. Huang Peidong from Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision introduced the developing process and work experience of defective products recall, and analyzed system construction, assignment and responsiblity, system innovation and resource integration of defective products recall management.The both sides discussed the construction of defective products monitoring center and recall experts database.
Shaanxi Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision decleared that Shanghai led the country in quality work, and received some enlightenment through communication. Shaanxi Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision also hoped that the both sides can expand exchages and cooperation with each other to promote construction of quality power and structural reform of supply-side.
