<Energy-saving Amount Determination Guide of Energy Efficiency Retrofitting in Public Buildings> was released by Ministry of Housing and Urban-rural Development of the People’s Republic of China in July 2017. SQI Institute of Quality Inspection of Mechanical & Electronic Products joined the edition of <Energy-saving Amount Determination Guide of Energy Efficiency Retrofitting in Public Buildings>, and was in charge of its core sections, including the 4^th chapter “the Principle of Energy-saving Amount Determination”, the 5^th chapter “Method of Energy-saving Amount: Bill Analysis” and the 6^th chapter “Method of Energy-saving Amount: Measuring Calculation”.

Energy-saving amount determination is the analysis and estimate of energy efficiency retrofitting implementation effect in public buildings, and can determinate the implementation effect according to testing, monitoring and analyzing the building energy consumption before and after retrofitting. <Energy-saving Amount Determination Guide of Energy Efficiency Retrofitting in Public Buildings> filled the existing standard blank in the field of energy-saving amount determination of energy efficiency retrofitting in buildings, and it also enhanced SQI’s influence in the field of building energy-saving.
