On June 24, 2016, SQI held “Furniture-bed Test methods for the determination of stability, strength and durability” international standard workshop successfully in Cangwu Road base. The workshop is held by National Furniture Standardization Technical Committee which is operated by SQI. Mr.Zhu Changling, chairman of China Furniture Association and National Furniture Standardization Technical Committee, Mr.Jifei, president of SQI , experts from WG4 bed product work group of ISO/TC 136 and enterprise representatives attended the meeting.

Mr.Jifei ensured the work of WG4 work group and expressed our support to international standardization work of furniture in China. Mrs.Luo Jufen, secretary-general of National Furniture Standardization Technical Committee introduced the formulation situation of several national standards by ISO/TC 136 International Furniture Standardization Technical Committee. Work report by WG4 work group and draft commission of “Furniture-bed Test methods for the determination of stability, strength and durability” were considered on the meeting.
