On October 21 to 22, National Furniture Association Group Standard review session was held in Foshan in Guangdong Province. Mrs. Luo Jufen,Secretariat of National Furniture Association and professor senior engineer of SQI Institute of Quality Inspection of Building Materials and Decoration of Furniture attended the meeting and delivered a speech report.

On the meeting, Mrs. Luo Jufen demonstrated the Custom-made Furniture group standard drafted by SQI exactly and answered the questions raised by the experts. Experts attended all regarded that the standard regulated the related terms and definitions of custom-made furniture, the main contents and signing methods of product service agreements, the technical indexes and testing methods of quality inspection and quality assessment of custom-made furniture systematically. The standard met the need of China furniture market and led the custom-made furniture production quality in China to a higher level. It was benefit to the environmental protection and development and helped to regulate the market environment and the enterprise behavior, which safeguarded the legitimate rights and interests of consumers. The standard drafting group was suggested to be report to be approved after modifying as soon as possible.
