On November 17
to 18, International Dairy Sci-Tech & Innovation Conference was held in
Shanghai. SQI dairy quality safety testing innovation team attended the
conference and demonstrated our latest research result on the conference.
The project of identification
and characterization of bifidobacteria in infant formula milk powder obtained
from the Chinese market was a joint research result cooperated by SQI, Fu Dan
University and Shanghai Normal University. In the project, researchers set up a
variety of advanced bifidobacterium molecular identification technology and carried
on a comprehensive research and testing on probiotics in infant formula powder
for the Chinese market which provided effective technical means and reference
data for the infant formula food safety regulation and risk monitoring. The project
was awarded the best wall newspaper on the conference.
