On January 2,
Mr. Zhongjiang, professor of School of Life Science Fudan University and Mr. Li
Shuguang, professor of School of Public Health Fudan University visited SQI Institute
of Quality Inspection of Food and Cosmetics for academic exchange. Mr. Weng
Shiyu, person in charge of Institute of Quality Inspection of Food and
Cosmetics and dairy innovation team attended the reception meeting.
On the meeting,
Mr. Weng Shiyu showed warm welcome to the Fudan University delegation. Mrs. Liu
Yang, person in charge of SQI dairy quality safety testing innovation team
introduced the foundation of cooperative research between SQI and Fudan
University in recent years and showed a series of advanced international
research achievements in the field of probiotics in food.
Finally, the
two sides discussed on lactic acid bacteria molecular testing technology, flow
cytometry, high-throughput flora analysis technology, metabolomics and
genomics, sampling scheme and risk monitoring work. Also both side reach
cooperation willing on rapid detection of microorganisms in food, virulence and
drug resistance genes, analysis of food contaminants and risk toxicological
assessment and other aspects.
