On November 1,
Mrs. Liu Ding, engineer of SQI Institute of Quality Inspection of Food and
Cosmetics was invited by AM990/FM93.4 to introduce how to read the labels on
food packaging.
In the
programme, Mrs. Liu Ding explained and answered the questions by audience
including how to definite food label, how to understand the content of fool
label, how to read the label of dairy, what is the requirement of label for homemade
cooked food, imported packaged food and fresh food and how to treat food
additives rightly.
SQI took use of
this opportunity to popularize the food safety law of China and its related
knowledge, and also showed the SQI’s profession and authority in the field of
food safety testing, especially food labeling.
