On April 24, SQI Institute of Fiber Quality Inspection and Shanghai Garment Trade Association jointly held speech on the new standard GB/T 11951-2018 Natural Fiber Terminology.

On the meeting, Dr. Li Weidong, person in charge of SQI Institute of Fiber Quality Inspection and person in charge of department of Quality and Management of SQI introduced on the background, significance and differences between old and new edition of the standard as the first and second draft person of GB/T 11951-2018. Expert of SQI Institute of Fiber Quality Inspection introduced the important physical and chemical properties of FZ/T 73058-2017 Knitted Coat and made a comparison of similar product standards. Dr. Yu Hong of SQI Institute of Fiber Quality Inspection introduced the relevant standards and market conditions of functional textiles. On the scene, the technical expert team of SQI has also answered the technical questions raised by the representatives of the enterprises.
