Recently, SQI Shanghai Alpha Lighting Equipment Testing Ltd. (SALT) became a qualified supplier of aviation lifesaving lamp by getting the certification from CTSOA. SALT analyzed CTSO-C85b and set up the preliminary test scheme and an auxiliary test device according to RTCA/DO-160G and HB 6167.7-2014. Combined with the characteristics of an aeronautical life saving lamp, technicians of SALT has overcome the difficulties of small size and high test requirements by continuously exploring and improving the test device and implementing several pre tests. Finally the flameproof test and on-site witness test of the life saving lamp has been successfully carried out.

SQI SALT successfully got the qualification of supplier of aviation lifesaving lamp by advancing technical service ability and quality assurance which help SQI to develop the testing business on civil aviation products.
