The seventh Council of China Illuminating Engineering Society (CIES) was held in Jinan of Shandong Province on Sept.10^th, 2016.

The general assembly elected the board of directors, executive director and governing council of the 7th Council of CIES. SQI experts Mr.Chen Chaozhong, Yu Anqi was elected executive directors. Mr.Yu Zaidao, Chen Chaozhong was awarded as advanced workers of the sixth council of CIES.

The first meeting of the seventh council of CIES was held on Sept. 11^th , on which CIES Standardization Committee was set up. Mr.Chen Chaozhong was hired vice president of the committee and Mrs.Shi xiaohong was hired member of the committee. In addition, CIES Experts Working Committee was also established and SQI experts Mr.Chen Chaozhong, Mr.Yu Anqi and Mrs.Shi Xiaohong was hired members of the committee.
