International Graphene Innovation High Tech Forum was held in Shanghai
University from September 16 to 18.
As the director unit of China
Graphene Modified Fiber and Industrial Development Alliance for Application and
Development, SQI was invited to attend the forum and Dr. Li Weidong, leader of
SQI fiber scientific research innovation team communicated with experts around
the world on the topic of the preparation and determination of graphene fibers.
SQI has been dedicated to the exploration of innovative development model and
devoted to the research of graphene textiles. 3 related group standard which
were drafted by SQI has achieved 2 invention patents. The research results are
conducive to improving the detection ability of graphene functional textile
industry in China, standardizing the graphene functional textile market,
safeguarding the legitimate interests of consumers, and promoting the
sustainable and healthy development of the functional textile industry.
Experts attending the forum made relevant
academic reports on the preparation, characterization and application of
graphene and other two-dimensional materials. The flagship projects of Sweden,
Britain, EU, the development of graphene industry in the United States and the
advancement of graphene standards in China were introduced on the forum. The
latest research progress of graphene was shared, as well as the promotion of
scientific research cooperation and technology.
