On October 11, China Graphene Modified Fiber and Application Development Industry Alliance inaugural meeting was held in Shanghai which is approved by Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of PRC. SQI Institute of Fiber Inspection was invited to attend the meeting and was honored as council member unit due to our research on graphene fiber inspection.

On the meeting, advisory committee, expert advisory committee, technical innovation committee and industrial application committee was set up. Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of PRC indicated that they will provide guidance for the promotion and application of graphene new materials and take use of the alliance to speed up the innovation and demonstration application and promotion process of new products, new technologies, new formats, new models of grapheme.
